The Construction Of Chinese Listed Retail Enterprises Development Index And Application Research

With the advent of the Internet era and the big data era, people’s consumption concept has also changed. As an important part of China’s retail market, the development of China’s listed retail enterprises can reflect the main information of China’s retail market. In order to evaluate and analyze the development status and trend of retail enterprises, and provide effective management assistance to the retail managers, this paper is based on the theory of development index, to carry out the corresponding research for the development of China’s listed retail enterprises.Firstly, this paper studies the relevant research results of the growth and evaluation of retail enterprises and the development index, and analyzes the factors of the retail enterprises. Under the guidance of the principles, combined with the results of theoretical analysis, this paper constructs an evaluation system. After the work, this paper expounds the three analysis methods for determining index weight coefficient, namely the factor analysis, principal component analysis and entropy method.Secondly, this paper obtained the original data of the sample and standardized it. Before the test, this paper carries out the reliability analysis of the index system. In the calculation process, this paper uses factor analysis, principal component analysis and entropy method to calculate, and obtaines the three groups of score results.Finally, this paper uses Spearman rank correlation coefficient to analyze the results. Ultimately the score of factor analysis was used to determine the numerical value of the development index. After further operations, this paper draws the development index value and ranking of a number of 94 domestic listed retail companies in 2010 to 2014. In the last, we discuss the application direction of the development index. This paper deems that the development index can provide useful help to the comprehensive evaluation, operation & management, and the growth prediction of the listed retail enterprises.Through the analysis of the results of the development index, this paper draws the following conclusions: In the mass, the annual average number of development index is on the rise, but the wave style changes. There are huge differences in the development index between good and bad enterprise. In addition, the development of China’s listed retail enterprises showing a trend of polarization.
