With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the deeply improving of the living standards, leisure food market demands continue to rise and maintain rapid growth. Timely, convenient, complete category has become the core concept of consumption. Chinese leisure food enterprises are facing the problem of business increasing, scale expansion and the explosive growth of employees. They need to deal with issues of business management. The sales department of leisure food enterprises is more closely related to the market and consumers. It is an important guarantee to ensure the efficient and stable cash flow, and also has more practical significance on strategic planning and business objectives. To optimize the management of the sales department is the key to meet the rapid development.Sales Department of R Enterprise Beijing Branch is mainly focused on the grocery store, convenience stores and other small-scale business in Beijing. To better maintain its business growth and market penetration, organizational structure and key performance appraisal management, PDCA cycle model are used to carry out a detailed analysis, combined with theoretical analysis and research methods, such as the organization management, key performance management, incentive, communication funnel, six-dimensional leadership, SMART principle, literature report reference, questionnaire, interview, data analysis and so on.Based on the diagnostic study of this paper, for Sales Department of R Enterprise Beijing Branch, the issue in business growth and market maintenance strategy has been implemented, the organization structure has been optimized, and the key performance appraisal system has been effectively executed. In view of the enterprise management needs constantly improvement, the in-depth study will continue and to provide a significance reference to other enterprises in this field.
