At present, China - mutual investment between ASEAN (FDI) is still an early stage, and with the deepening of economic integration, in this context, to explore the free flow of capital and investment facilitation within the China -ASEAN region, undoubtedly has important theoretical and practical significance.To further study the impact of China - ASEAN investment facilitation factors and obstacles that may exist, to better promote the facilitation of construction investment, the first investment facilitation concept and form a general theoretical explanation, focusing on regional industrial structure, collaborative development and economic to analysis economic and strategic investment facilitation effect may bring, proved investment facilitation not only to promote and increase both the total economy, and also promote bilateral upgrading of industrial structure, to achieve the synergy within the regional economy development, and the ability of the industry within the region complement each other, thereby increasing the level of competitiveness of the entire region, and then analyze the obstacles currently facing the investment proposed three major impediments to investment facilitation: financial environment, foreign policy, and interoperability.
