The Research On Commercial Bank Performance Evaluation Of C Bank,Tangshan Branch

Recently, the exposure of domestic banks has been increasing, in which there are many negative reports in newspapers. The surfaces of those issues are actually supported directly by the performance standards of commercial banks. Performance management is one of the important compositions of the modern enterprise management theory and has a direct influence on the implementation of enterprises’ strategies. For domestic commercial banks, performance management is particularly meaningful.Based on the competition situations and operation circumstances of the commercial banks in China, this paper takes the domestic C bank as an example for analysis and summarize out the thinking way and crucial factors of the performance standard system. The case analysis is intended to point out the existing defects and put forward the principles and details for improvement. The paper explores the impacts of performance standard system upon the business results guidance of bank branches, expected to be useful as reference for practitioners of the domestic bank industry. The paper as reference is helpful for the construction, improvement and research of the performance standard system of the domestic bank industry. The paper conduct a priority research on the linkage of the performance standard establishment and the superior bank’s business strategies, the transmission to specific agencies in the implementation of the performance standard, the feedbacks of performance standard by agencies, the combination of the performance standard establishment and the Tangshan regional economic resources, and other relevant issues. And it introduces an interaction study of the performance standard for superiors from the perspective of agencies, which is also one of the paper’s creations.
