Research On The Performance Evaluation And Improvement Of Commercial Banks In The Perspective Of Finance

Finance is the core of national economy, and the bank is the pillar of financial industry. Therefore, so asto enhance its core competitiveness the correct evaluation of our commercial banks’ performance has becomethe common focus in theory and practice of banking.In order to further enhance our core competitiveness of commercial banks, we must make a correctassessment of the situation and put forward some corresponding improvement measures. This paper firstlychooses16Listed Commercial Banks in our country and their financial data in2010as the sample data byusing projection pursuit method and evaluates overall indicators and indices respectively. The evaluationresults of the two parties are basically consistent and provide a new method for the accurate evaluation of thecommercial bank’s financial performance. Then according to the results of game theory analysis, this articlesecondly explores the interdependence of improvement strategy between the two types of commercial banks,state-owned commercial banks and commercial banks thus puts forward measures that further improve China’scommercial banks in the international competitiveness of the banking industry to improve our countrycommercial bank performance.
