Research On Ecological Safety In The Process Of Constructing Beautiful China

With the raising of ecological civilization construction and Beautiful China vision, the ecological security is gradually becoming a hot topic in the academic field. However, from the perspective research, the combination study of ecological security and beautiful China is still rare and it is not becaming a system yet. The existing research mainly concentrated in regional ecological security problem, the study of the theory and practice combining of ecological security and Beautiful China research is still not deep enough, there is no system research findings for the construction of beautiful China ecological security theory, method and practice. Based on the above issues, the thesis takes the ecological security problems of Beautiful China construction as the theme, analysis the ecological security problems that we are facing systematically, the root and puts forward relative solutions and suggestions which laid a certain foundation for further research.First of all, this thesis explains the research background and significance of the topic, analyzes the relevant research results in China and abroad, which lies a foundation for the thesis. Secondly, this thesis analysis of the beautiful China and ecological security theoretically, discusses the meaning, characteristics and ecological implication of beautiful China, the connotation, performance and main features of ecological security, and the opportunities and challenges that beautiful China has brought to ecological security construction. On this basis, this thesis analysis of the ecological security problems faced in the construction of beautiful China, that the issues on the security of land resources, water resource, environmental and biological species and analysis the root of problems from three aspects, they are consciousness of ecological security, ecological security system construction and economic growth mode, Finally, this thesis puts forward the corresponding counter--measures and suggestions just for the resources of ecological safety in China, they are, enhancing awareness of ecological security, promoting the construction of ecological security system, changing the mode of economic development and strengthening the international ecological cooperation. Specifically, for ecological safety awareness, traditional thinking mode must be changed, makes civil ecological safety training, and builds up new ecological safety mind; For ecological safety rules, building ecological pre-warning system, sounding ecological safety laws and regulations, implementing ecological compensation rules. For change economy method, optimizing configuration of industrial structure, developing green, low-carbon, and recycle economy, improving cleaning production. For consolidate international ecological cooperation, building ecological safety cooperation with government, improving the international position of ecological safety construction and extending international green technology cooperation.
