Research Of Risk Management To Yunnan X University’s Campus Network Project

With the rapid development of network and information technology, Informatization level of government, army, police, finance, insurance, education, public health system and other enterprise is also rising. the application of enterprise information system of customers in the industry for comprehensive, from simple expanded form a complete set of network nodes from the center to the peripheral extended gradually, as the nation’s largest network technology and network integrated service providers, the telecom operators support ability put forward higher requirements in the process of the networking of the customer.Different from the project environment of telecom operators, unversity’s campus networ project has the characteristics such as individuation, flexibility, not only to meet customer demand, but also to ensure the professionalism and safety of construction projects. To control the every detail in the process of project implementation, risk management is particularly important.At present, telecom operators in the aspect of unversity’s campus network project construction support customers in the industry still has room to improve: risk management consciousness ascend, higher professional ability in risk management, risk management means is perfect. In the author’s telecom operators enterprise industry customer support system reform under the new situation, to ensure that industry scientific nature, rationality of the customer information system networking, security, etc. This article embarks from the theory and literature research, according to their own in the malformation construction project into practice, in combination with practical experience, risk management as a whole work is divided into three parts from the Angle of theory study and project practice unversity’s campus network project risk management in detail in this paper.In the first part, the author gives a brief introduction to the research direction of the paper, based on the background of the unversity’s campus network project. At the same time, the paper makes a deep research on the basic theory of project risk management, and explains the concept, function and risk management of the enterprise.The second part, the author study and research the theory of risk management at home and abroad in the risk identification, analysis of the classical methodology, at the same time, applying the results to a university campus network construction project in Yunnan, identify 17 major risks, and analyze the possible cause of the influence of the quality, cost, schedule, etc. After complete analysis, the integrated use of risk avoidance, control, transfer and dispersion diversification strategy to deal with, effectively reduce the risk of the project and the probability of occurrence.In the third part, the author summarizes the application effect of project risk management theory and method in the construction project of a university campus network in Yunnan, and discusses the application of risk management theory and method system to improve the customer support department project management and control capability, service support capability.
