With the rapid growth of the economy in China, companies are encountering extensive competition and challenges, resulting in changing internal and external environments. The talent capital has become the critical factor which drives and maintains the development and sustainability of companies. On-campus recruitment is proven to be a qualified channel which can attract young graduates to fulfill entry-level positions and accumulate a potential talent pool for future development. The improvement of campus hiring effectiveness and optimization of the hiring process are expected to be achieved.
