Study On Influence Factors Analysis And Strategy Promotion Of The Fusion Of Agricultural Machinery And Agronomy

Since the Agricultural Mechanization Promotion Law was promulgated in 2004, agricultural machinery in China has been developed rapidly, supported by a series of policies of purchase subsidies. The rate of comprehensive mechanization in China was 61% at the end of 2014, which means the agricultural practices in China have been achieved historic leap, from mainly relying on one animals-based to being rely on mechanical work. However, there are still many weak points for the development of agricultural mechanization, for instance, the rate of mechanization planting for rice in Zhejiang Province was only 24.2% in 2014, while that for harvesting rapeseed was only 10.35%; meanwhile, the mechanization rate in the area of agriculture-lead industries and many other key aspects of Facilities Agriculture is still in its infancy. The causes of above-mentioned weak points are in many folds. One of the important reasons lies in the weak integration of agriculture and agronomy. It is shown in practices in domestic and abroad that integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy played an important role in accelerating the development of agricultural machinery. Taking Zhejiang Province as a study case, system analysis was taken on the factors influencing the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy based on the methods of literature research, experimental design and comparison in this study. Besides, the suggestions on the policies helping the integration and the main ways in doing so were proposed as well.The contents are mainly listed as following,(1) Based on the analysis on the present situation of agricultural machinery integrated with agronomy in Zhejiang Province, several general requirements were proposed from the perspectives of ideas and objectives, the main contents and the evaluation methods of the integration, and agricultural integration level comprehensive evaluation method of agricultural machinery was also constructed on the basis of the application of agricultural machinery, mutual adaptation of agricultural machinery and agronomy as for security and economic benefits.(2) For the demand of promoting agricultural machinery agricultural integration, according to the actual agricultural production and agricultural mechanization development in Zhejiang Province, the present situation and development trend were put forward in the development of agricultural mechanization technology route, the technological route of production of agricultural mechanization and agricultural mechanization production line, to ensure that both can improve agricultural comprehensive productivity by developing agricultural mechanization level, and making effective use of agricultural labor force resources.(3) Combined with grain and oil crops in agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion development status and implementation effect in Zhejiang Province, system analysis were taken in the process of agricultural machinery and agronomy integration and integration effect from species selection, mechanical seedlings, planting machine, standard operation making aspects affecting rice, rapeseed production, and the existing problems and difficulties were also introduced, illustrating that agricultural machinery agricultural integration is not just a technical problem, but also a problem of management and mechanism.(4) In order to speed up the process of Zhejiang Province agricultural machinery and agronomy integration, we should:strengthen advocacy experience, and set up to promote the concept of agricultural machinery agricultural integration; further increase funding and policy support; accelerate the research and development of key link of agricultural mechanization technology and equipment; strengthen co-ordination of various departments; implement projects to promote the project, the construction of agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion demonstration base; vigorously carry out agricultural machinery and agronomy knowledge and technical training, popularization of agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion technology; strengthen the infrastructure construction of agricultural public service, promote agricultural socialization service is currently promoting agricultural machinery and agronomy fusion should take the main policies and measures.
