At present, the development of energy is in a critical period of profound changes and major adjustments. In the face of global climate change and ecological challenges, the development of clean energy has become an inevitable trend of energy development. Europe and the United States developed countries generally to develop clean energy as the national energy strategy, nuclear power, natural gas, renewable energy, the total accounted for more than 37%. Zhejiang province needs to face the new pattern of energy supply and demand, new changes, in the face of the new trend of international energy development, to protect the province’s energy security, promote energy production and energy consumption changes, that is, the energy structure of Zhejiang province.Energy structure is the trend of the future, Zhejiang is composed of high carbon energy structure to low carbon composition of the energy structure, and the energy consumption cost will be high carbon low carbon high, energy consumption will increase the cost of the industry, thereby reducing industrial competitiveness, how to assess the relationship between the energy structure and industrial development, and put forward the relevant policy recommendations, is the need for clean energy demonstration Province in the construction of important issues.The input-output analysis method is used to analyze the impact of input output cost on the product price fluctuation of 41 industrial sectors in Zhejiang Province in 2012, and to analyze the changes of the energy consumption cost and the related issues of the 2017-2023. Zhejiang province in the future to improve the use of clean energy is the response to the call of the country, is the future trend of Zhejiang Province, province energy structure transformation from the current point of view is only just beginning, this paper is difficult to predict the full course of energy transformation in Zhejiang Province, this paper only estimates Zhejiang province energy transformation process in two stages to analyze the impact of industrial competitiveness.Firstly, Zhejiang Province, the energy structure in the future to change the energy consumption structure, to enhance the use of natural gas, hydropower, nuclear power, solar energy and other clean energy use, so that the cost of energy consumption will rise, the calculation results for Zhejiang Province in the process of energy structure transformation, compared with 2014 energy consumption costs, energy consumption costs in 2017 and 2023 will increase by 2% and 10%.Secondly, through the input and output cost impact model of the establishment and calculation, the energy structure of Zhejiang Province in the process of transformation, in 2023 and 2017 energy consumption costs rose 2% and 10%, respectively, in 2014, Zhejiang Province, the 41 industrial sectors of the product price changes are: the greatest impact for water production and supply, product sector prices rose by 0.4% and 2%. Second, the impact of the larger are mainly for the industrial sector, general industrial and commercial prices are relatively low..Thirdly, in order to deal with the energy structure transformation of industrial development caused by the impact, Zhejiang Province can from the following several aspects to take measures to deal with, through differential pricing to promote the development of low energy consumption and industrial structure. Two, although the energy structure transformation will lead to the rise in energy costs, but can promote the rationalization of energy prices through price regulation. Three, the establishment of carbon emissions trading system, on the one hand to reduce the high energy consumption of industrial pressure, on the other hand to stimulate their transformation. Four, in the light of its general trend, make full use of suit one’s measures to local conditions, and the development of clean energy.
