| With the development of information technology, more and more manufacturing enterprises have realized the enterprise information strategy by implementing ERP/MES/PCS. Manufacturing execution system(MES) has a role of connecting link in the production management, it is the channel of information exchange between the management layer and the control layer. The field operating system is the key to improve the product quality and the qualified rate, and also to help companies improve the quality management by collecting a large amount of information data.In this thesis, auto parts industry quality management standards, manufacturing execution system and the quality tracking management of the field operating system as the basis of the research status quo, the field operating system in the SAAE automobile electronics company as the research object, based on the current situation of the field operating system in the SAAE automobile electronics company, this thesis discusses deeply the importance of quality tracking management in field operating system, analyzes the current situation of the field management and the field operating management. Through the influence factors of on-site quality management and tracking management of decomposition, this thesis puts forward the scheme based on MES on-site quality tracking. Such as the BOM configuration, production planning and scheduling, WIP management, on-site inspection, equipment control, SPC and OEE statistical etc are improved and optimized. And analyzes the business process of quality traceability base on the MES. In the end of this thesis, the implementation of the scheme is described, and the effect is evaluated. The research of this thesis solves the problems such as the original quality information collection and processing methods, the poor information flow of quality traceability, provides the system support and effective tool to improve the quality management level of the field operation and the product qualification rate. |
