Research On The Strategy To Promote The Development Of Modern Logistics Jinzhou New Area For Government

Since 90’s of 20th century, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the modern logistics industry, known as "the third profit source" all the time, develops rapidly, showing strong and vigorous vitality. Many countries (regions) measure modernization degree and comprehensive national strength on the basis of the development level of modern logistics. As the core of economy development of Northeast China, Dalian plays an important role of Old Industrial Base in the Northeast. Especially Dalian Jinzhou New Area kept advantages with the high opening level to the global area, fast development and good quality of economic development, facing many major historical opportunity in the new developing round. Rapid development of modern logistics has vast importance for switching development mode and optimizing industrial structure, and promotes the enlargement of opening degree and regional competitiveness for Dalian Jinzhou New Area and Dalian City.Basing on the actual situation in Dalian Jinzhou New Area, the thesis sum up current development level in modern logistics industry of the area by setting out from statistical calculation in logistics industry including logistics industry added value, total social logistics amount and total social logistics cost by means of comparative analysis against other years and areas. By way of investigation and analysis to logistics companies in Dalian Jinzhou New Area, acquainting more information about enterprise management state, burden and business environment, based on analyzing developing state and existing problems in modern logistics industry, the thesis combed strengths and weaknesses of modern logistics industry with implementation of the SWOT method, discussed development strategy of the modern logistics industry in this region, made reference development mode and experience both here and abroad, and offered a countermeasure proposal.Researching the countermeasures on promoting development of modern logistics industry in Dalian Jinzhou New Area, the thesis was designed to provide scientific and reliable basis to adopt promoting policies timely and effectively to government of Jinzhou New Area, and to provide effective ideas to develop logistics enterprises, invigorate new vitality to district economy further. Meanwhile, the research conclusion of this thesis also has practical reference value for development of Dalian modern logistics industry.
