In this context, low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission, low-carbon economy came into being. And it is fast becoming the common choice of countries to achieve sustainable development. Low-carbon economy is therefore also considered to be following the industrial revolution, and again the world revolution.China, as a developing country, for rapid economic development over a long period of time, has been taking extensive economic mode, the carbon energy consumption and carbon emissions rapid growth year after year.
