Research On DT Company Dynamic Production Scheduling Plan

There have been growing signs of diversification of customer demands and market variations. The mode of Multi-variety and Small-lot production has gradually taken place of the mode of single-species and mass production. On-time delivery of orders is the key standard to evaluate enterprise’s service level, and the development of the rational plan of order scheduling is the effective mean to ensure that orders are delivered on time. At the same time, this paper has laid a theoretical foundation for the design of dynamic schedule by means of in-depth and order-oriented research of multi-item and small-lot production theory, the theory of flexible production scheduling and workshop theory. First of all, taking multi-item and small-lot production orders for the DT company as research object, this paper makes comprehensive analysis of its influencing factors of dynamic scheduling and management process issues of the scheduling system, from which we find that orders and resources transformation have a major effect on scheduling, and the management process of order scheduling system needs to be improved. Secondly, based on the analysis of the impact factors of the order scheduling and the management processes of order schedule, a process of order schedule has been redesigned and optimized, practical dynamic scheduling strategy has been put forward and effective feedback mechanism and order scheduling mathematical model for the actual production have been established. And this model gives priority for these four schedule-models including new orders arriving, inserting rush orders, equipment failure and reducing intermediate inventory. Finally, this paper takes full advantage of DT company’s actual order data to verify the model of designed schedule and analyzes the scheduling results.
