The success largely depends on the establishment and implementations of the group manage control system, so Inspur Group is a good object of study on group management control. The major content is the study on Inspur Group’s management control system and how it complies with trend and selects the model so that we can summarize the rules, find the shortages and optimize the system.Combined with the actual situation of Inspur Group, we have some suggestions on the optimization of its management control system, such as below:Firstly, establish a comprehensive risk management system in order to push the optimization of the control system and avoid risks to cope with uncertainty. Secondly, establish a coordination mechanism of corporate governance issues to optimize the governing control system, special attention should be paid to the difference between the government, our own employees and themselves as shareholders. Thirdly, improve headquarters’ ability to create value, reduce the control to optimize the strategy control system and improve the innovation ability of subsidiary company. Fourthly, strengthen the internal audit supervision to optimize the financial control system and find financial discipline problems and fraud risks. Fifthly, build a new platform to optimize the performance control system and deal with the problem of interests. Sixthly, accelerate the construction of information system to realize the information management control. And at last it is suggested that Inspur senior managers should build the organization and mechanism to assure the suggestions be carried out.
