The Research For Financial Problem To The Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Meixian District

Farmers’ professional cooperative is a new type of agricultural economic organization, it is according to in social voluntary and frees to return the principle. By the farmers’ voluntary combine and democratic management, its main purpose is to increase the income of members. Farmers’ professional cooperative organizations have the ability to produce and manage the scattered peasant households, and strengthen the market environment and the ability to resist risks, which plays an important role in raising the income of farmers and promoting the development of rural economy. With the development of market economy, the farmers’ professional cooperative is also facing the problem of shortage of funds and financing, which seriously restrict the sustainable development of farmer cooperatives. Therefore, it is great significance which how to effectively solve the problem of farmers’ professional cooperative financing and promote the development level of the farmers’ professional cooperatives.The paper is according to the question, the analysis question, solves the question. The paper adopts the research method of combining literature research and investigation, to study the financing problem of farmers’ professional cooperative in Meixian district. First, this paper defines the definition, nature and characteristics of farmers’ professional cooperatives, and it describes the basic theory of related financing. Next, through the collation of relevant information and field survey, from the perspective of internal financing and external financing to study and analyze the current situation of farmers’ professional cooperative financing in Meixian District. To find out the main problem of the financing is that the farmers’ professional cooperatives have poor collateral itself and difficulty in obtaining loans from financial institutions. Then, deeply analyze the reasons of the financing difficulties and learn from the successful experience of foreign farmers’ professional cooperative financing. Finally, from the strengthening of farmers’ professional cooperatives financing capacity, increase government support efforts and improve the rural financial services in these areas to solve the financing difficulties of farmers’ professional cooperatives.In this paper, we study the purpose of this problem is to solve the financing problem of the farmers’professional cooperatives, and to promote the healthy development of the farmers’ professional cooperatives. This paper also provides a reference for the local government to formulate policies to solve the financing difficulties of farmers’specialized cooperatives.
