The famous and cultural tower possesses marked standing of culture and human thoughts and feelings. It is an important cultural heritage in our country. With the development and enhance of traditional culture, the cultural tower has more and more lovers and followers. However, its image is not accepted by tourists. Meanwhile, in the theory of decision-making and tourist action, tourists’ feelings have an effect on their choice once more. Therefore, the essay begins with its perceptible image and deal with the effect on the perceptible image of cultural Tower and tourists’ loyalty, hoping its study can provide a basis for decision-makers and managers.Through the statistical methods used SPSS22.0 statistics and analyzing tools,the essay are doing the research using factor analysis,regression analysis methods.The contents include: Chapter1: Introduction, centering on its backgrounds, purpose, meaning, technical route and research methods and so on. Chapter2: Documents summary. From the study of home and abroad making comments the relationship between perceptible image of cultural tower and tourists’ loyalty.raise the study creative points.Chaper3:study design. At first, delimit related concept,then expound the choice of questionnaires and analyze these data, raise a study hypothesis. Chapter4:Evidence analysis. Taking YueYang Tower as an example. Analyze the collected the data,explore the dimensions of the perceptible image of cultural tower, test and verity the assumption. Chapter5: Conclusion and suggestions. First,Summary up the results of the essay and offer some advice for decision-makers and managers.Second, point out research limitations of this paper and future study work in the field.Main conclusions are just the following:the perceptible image of cultural tower can be divided into five dimensions: scenery resource characters, service and management, facilities construction, human environment and city impression,the effect on theperceptible image of cultural Tower and tourists’ loyalty. Different people from different places will have different impressions on the perceived cultural tower. According to the summary, suggestions:explore the cultural intention; set up a harmony relationship between human and nature; create a harmony atmosphere inside and outside the tower;build an entity between perceived cultural tower and city impressions; strengthen the serving sense; Build platform etc.
