Along with the development of economy, diversified two-sided matching decision problems in many fields of real life are constantly emerging, for example, the problem of matching buyers with sellers in electronic business activities, the matching problem of human organ transplant, the matching problem between suppliers and customers in the production of modern industry. The study of two-sided matching decision problems attracts the attention of Chinese and foreign scholars. This thesis focuses on the study of two-sided matching decision making method based on linguistic assessment. The main contents and achievements are shown as follows:(1) Considering the consistency of satisfaction degree, this paper defines the comprehensive degree of satisfaction which reflects the complementarity and consistency of the assessing information from the two-sided bodies. Then, an optimization model is constructed to maximize the total comprehensive degree of satisfaction. By solving this model, the matching results of the two-sided matching problem based on linguistic assessment can be obtained.(2) For the two-sided matching decision problems based on certain linguistic assessment, the aggregation of linguistic assessment is convert-ed into the satisfaction degree of bodies by using utility function theory, fuzzy theory and 2-tuple linguistic model. Based on the decision optimization model, three satisfied two-sided matching decision making methods are proposed.(3) This thesis processes uncertain linguistic assessment of bodies by using utility function, interval Numbers and 2-tuple linguistic model. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is used to calculate the relative similarity degree between uncertain assessment and ideal assessment. The satisfaction degree of bodies is defined as the relative similarity degree. Two satisfied two-sided matching decision making methods based on the decision model are proposed. Five calculating examples are given to illustrate the practicality and validity of the proposed methods.
