In today’s society, the competition between enterprises is fierce, and the talented person is the most substantial competition. As a decisive support,an excellent enterprise how to attract talents, retain talents and motivate talent requires the scientific is reasonable salary incentive strategy. Therefore, if we want to help to enhance the enterprise competitive power, the enterprise must to create scientific, feasibility of the compensation incentive system. In addition, the effective compensation management system also can fully inspire staff potential, promote the work initiative and enthusiasm, causing the enterprise economic benefit and social benefit of greatly increased, and making the enterprise to realize strategic development goals. At present, most of the private enterprises in our country are not establishing scientific and perfect human resource management system according to actual needs, especially the compensation management is scientific, the feasibility is poorer and the lack of market competitiveness. So on the basis of the actual situation in enterprises, to develop a reasonable and effective compensation management system is the foundation of the enterprise rapid development and the necessary protection.Based on the PN life-insurance Shanxi branch as the research object, this paper firstly system to combing the two aspects of human resources and compensation management of related theory, and fully understand the management of enterprises by means of field research present situation, but the key research object is the enterprise organization structure, human resource, compensation system. Finally, we put forward Suggestions for improvement to how to improve enterprise employees work efficiency and the system of introducing talents and reserve. These are all in order to guarantee the sustainable, efficient and stable development of the enterprise, and at the same time also for references or other similar domestic enterprises.
