Since the reforming and opening in China and with the development of its economy,the tele-commmunication industry has experienced great changes which is leaded by the developing of science and technology.there is fierce competition in this industry,in which China mobile,China Unicom and China telecom stand on the top.Jinzhong telecom,as the latest one in mobile business,when faced with the two competent opponentsjinzhong mobile and jinzhong Unicom has a clear head to deal with the situation and challenges.And now the most important thing is to make a strategy to seize the opportunity and to grasp the challenge so that the share of the market the interests can be increased.The thesis has a comprehensive analysis of the opponents to china telecom and of the internal and external situation,which is based on the integral development of tele-communication and marketing theory,Besides,the thesis also holds a deep study on six aspects such as products,price,channel,sales,service and terminal and find out the marketing strategy.These can make a contribution to the development of 4G business in Jinzhong telecom.Through sufficient study,the thesis has got the conclusion.that is Jinzhong telecom should adopt the method of developing 4G business while developing 3G,reducing the differences.between 3G and 4G and also enlarging 4G net. And in practice, we should pay key attention to broadband to drive the development of the telecommunication industry, increase the sales ability,and to strengthen the importance of the customers so that JinZhong 4G business can have its unique characteristics to enlarge the market share, to create new ideas for interests.These can make a solid foundation for the development of the tele-communication.
