So the channel system must be restructured according to the customer demand and market competition. The operation efficiency and profitability of entity channel should be improved continuously. Beyond that, the competitive advantage of entity channel must be enhanced in order to support the transformation development of the company.In the paper, the channel centralization pilot work of Shanxi mobile Yangquan company was elaborated and dissected. The scheme of channel centralization had been researched to meet the channel system of Shanxi mobile. The channel concentration of whole province can be rapid realized of Shanxi mobile by channel centralization operation mode which can be copied.
