With the arrival of China’s telecom industry3G era and entire businessoperation time, the market competition of telecom industry is becoming morefiercer, domestic three largest telecom operators are competing to mineenterprise advantage characteristic for oneself, in order to open up a new roundof the competition further. In the large environment of telecom products, priceconcessions space, technical level are basic convergence, operators willgradually shift the focus of competition to less be copied systemic strategicresources. For a long time channel has been the first bond contacting firms withcustomers, the importance of channel for telecom industry went without sayingmore, together with the bearing the enterprise characteristics of service, talentand strategy etc, it becomes the focus attention of the present enterprisedevelopment naturally. In recent years, the channel connotation of telec omoperators also gradually evolves and develops, and then brings the more widelyextension, especially the rise in succession and development of variouselectronic channels, causing the collision with the original traditional entitychannel, speeds up the channels transformation of telecom operators, bringsabout the thinking on channel construction, especially on entity channelconstruction under new situation.Based on the related theory of telecom industry marketing channel at homeand abroad, the paper shares advanced experience on channel construction offoreign telecom operators, and reviews the development construction course ofdomestic telecom industry channel. Combined with the present situation of entitychannel for Heilongjiang Mobile Company, it makes a comprehensive analysisfor the channel development process of Heilongjiang Mobile Company anddissects the main problems of traditional entity channels in the course ofoperation for Heilongjiang Mobile Company comprehensively, in the largebackground of rapid development in the telecom industry, it analyzes the demandof entity channel construction that Heilongjiang Mobile Company faces.According to the enterprise’s own characteristics of Heilongjiang MobileCompany, put forwards Heilongjiang Mobile Company entity channel construction project from the principle of entity channel construction,self-supporting channel ascension, social stratification channel management andthe establishment of cooperation linkage between channels for HeilongjiangMobile Company. Finally, it puts forward the implementation security measuresfrom three aspects: organizational safeguard, system security and support systemanalysis ability security for entity channel construction of Heilongjiang MobileCompany, in order to ensure successful implementation and management forentity channel construction of Heilongjiang Mobile Company.
