Coal as a national strategic energy, is widely used in our country. In recent years, the coal industry has coupled with many problems, the whole industry is facing adjustment and reform. Some extensive development problems are ignored in the extensive, high-speed economic development, such as high freight of logistics with the failed design, the extended transport distance caused by the local protectionism, unreasonable coal mine location etc. Various problems show that, it is particularly important of the efficient use of coal resources in the current situation. As a kind of low value-added products, coal transportation has play a decisive role position in the development and utilization of coal, so the planning focus of high efficiency and low cost coal transport network is the key of development of the coal industry the necessary condition of healthy and efficient for the benefit of society. Research on logistics node location problem is always the key academic study in the logistics area, this paper will make appropriate adjustments and innovation on some research results.At the beginning of the article, this paper respectively in four aspects: from the research background, the research necessity, research contents and methods as well as the domestic and foreign research situation, introduced the background in detail and the macro control of the theme which including energy pattern and the distribution of the overall development situation in China, some problems existing in China’s coal logistics transportation, introduction of the correlation method that will apply on the path optimization of node location. Then, this paper briefly stated the related theory, make a brief list of relevant research methods in academic circles at domestic and foreign area. On this basis, research on the subject of Shanxi province coal logistics of this paper opened with the coal production point location, logistics center location under situation of interrupt and the path optimization of the whole system. In the aspects of the location in the coal mine production, this paper use the Arcgis information system software as a tool, Shanxi province coal seam distribution as the basis, draw the site of the coal mine distribution map on the basis of the existing coal reserves of Shanxi province. And select the alternative coal mine production point among them as the basis of logistics center location under interrupt situation in the following text; In the aspect of logistics center location, we focus on the uncertainty risk, try to establish a mathematical model to simulate a high robustness supply chain system which have the ability of maximum limit the increase cost brought about by the interruption occur, and use of the Lagrange relaxation algorithm to solve the problem; In the aspects of optimizing logistics channel, this paper considers the optimization problem in the channel under Demand Uncertainty of Demand point. The problem is divided into two steps:the first step is to decide the optimal path selection scheme with the minimum cost as the basis in particular demand environment, the second step is to use the established mathematical model to further determine the type of path selection (road and rail) so that to maximum effect of the entire logistics network operation. Finally summarizes the paper’s innovation points and specific problems be solved, at the same time, respectively from the aspects of variable selection, data collection, model optimization. introduce the problems in this paper and points should be improved. |
