With the advent of the market economy, competition is becoming increasingly fierce. For the hotel industry can maintain long-term development and growth, the most important thing is to resolve the issue of staff training and development, enabling employees to maintain and businesses grow together. Hotel employees have the ability and the quality of not only their own value, but their value to the hotel’s location. Employees are the mainstay of hotel development; employee plays a role in the development mainstay in the hotel industry. At the same time, they are the main target of talent to compete for the market, both in the hotel industry, also, or cross, switched to an optimum quality of the hotel staff that was easy. Whether it is in the front line or second-line managers, once the core staff within the team’s departure, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the hotel; operators will face paralyzed pressure jobs. The hotel re-recruitment of professionals will spend a huge cost, but will have to pay more time and effort allowed the team to re-adjust. Therefore, the hotel industry to establish sound-mechanism welfare of employees is imperative.In Beijing hotel industry booming decade, the hotel business to survive in the highly competitive market, we need a high-quality team of professionals. The hotel business is encourage talent to stand out, to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, HR should spend more time in research to establish a scientific and sound institutional employee benefits. In addition, the hotel business, labor-intensive enterprises, the particularity of its employees is one of the important factors of production; in order to create profitable enterprises has made important contributions. The hotel business is only to be fair and equitable distribution of labor in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all categories of personnel. In this paper, research methods and literature survey on employee benefits in parts of four-star hotels in Beijing statistics and analysis, selection of 285 effective questionnaires collected at 300 points, respectively, from employee satisfaction and motivation, etc. to analyze its various aspects.Based on previous research literature and review,in this paper, the level of employee benefits, employee satisfaction levels and the theoretical assumptions hoteliers relations among performance levels. And the use of relevant statistical data, this paper, the relationship between the level of employee benefits, employee satisfaction levels and three performance levels hoteliers empirical test. Testing results show that the level of employee benefits on the one hand have a significant positive impact on business performance directly to the hotel, on the other hand by increasing the level of employee satisfaction and thus indirectly improve the hotel business performance levels.The hotel industry has established a sound mechanism welfare staff is imperative. This paper recommends that the hotel should first improve employee welfare systems at different levels. Secondly, the hotel should be established according to their own conditions and reasonable profit-sharing program that allows employees to participate in hotel management, the involvement of the distribution of profits to the hotel, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing their sense of belonging. In this paper, a lot of questionnaires, based on the enterprise’s current situation and problems of a detailed analysis of the characteristics of combined experience in corporate and employee welfare system in the enterprise implementation of the proposed mechanism for managing employee benefits enhance the feasibility of the measures. To help hotel companies build more scientific and comprehensive employee welfare system. At the same time, through this writing, we are hoping to establish a sound mechanism for employee benefits for the hotel industry and improve business performance, provide a reference.
