| China is a great agricultural country with a great lot of rural population. In rural area, basic medical and health care demand can not be guaranteed. The New rural cooperative medical system is to satisfied farmers’ medical needs and to build a rural health. It is also the ease of the questions of rural residents such like "poor because of sickness" and "backing to poor because of illness". In October 2002, the state council has made the decision of establishing and perfecting the new rural cooperative medical system according to the current development of the rural society.The implement of this system in Shandong province has been more than a decade and significant progress has been made,especially since a new round of reform in 2009.The equity, accessibility and convenience of medicare have been obviously improved. By 2015, in terms of the scope of reimbursement, reimbursement ratio, reimbursement process and long-distance medical treatment etc. This paper will research the problem of farmers’ satisfaction with the new rural cooperative medical system in Linqu county.Based on defining the relevant concepts, this paper will macroscopicly introduce fundamental information of Linqu county, and take linqu county rural area as an example to collect data throughing questionnaires. After descriptive analysis of the new system in Linqu county, this paper will analyze the influential factors of farmers’ satisfaction with Logistic regression analysis, and provide reference for further improving farmers’ satisfaction of the new rural cooperative medical system.Finally, through the research content above, the important factors that influence the farmers’satisfaction will be find. For significant factors and the actual situation of Linqu county, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, excepting provide references for improving the farmers’satisfaction of the system in Linqu county and even a wider range. |
