| In the rapid development of globalization, the production of specialization makes the different enterprises growing tightness, any company can not leave out of the supply chain and develop on themselves, supply chain symbiosis between the downstream features have become increasingly prominent. In the production operation of the entire supply chain, social responsibility is becoming increasingly more important after economy development, social construction, ecological protection. The current international division of labor caused "North and South" environmental inequality, multinational illegal child labor, product design using double standards and discriminatory practice of unfair competition by bribing officials of investment in the country and other issues complicated, any company on the supply chain may suffer the "Duo Miluo domino" effect and subject to other corporate social responsibility crisis, cooperation demands social responsibility is being continuously strengthened. Demands for cooperation, the development of social responsibility to break the original enterprise level, government, NGO and industry coalition and other organizations are highly concerned about the construction of social responsibility, the development of social responsibility presents a significant trends and characteristics "diversification", "Organization Network "and" forms of enrichment". Construction and development of social responsibility also shown the "corporate social responsibility" to "supply chain social responsibility" trends. So it has great significance to research the supply chain social responsibility in the perspective of symbiotic construction.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of this writing, were analyzed from both macro and micro perspectives. We will use the vensim software as our analytical tools; Secondly, we will found the advantages and disadvantages of the supply chain theory, industrial symbiosis theory, social responsibility theory related literature review. Then we analyzes the internal and external motive of supply chain social responsibility, and based on the previous study,we proposal "Matthew Effect" in the company and supply chain. As a result, we proposal a dual-mode supply chain social responsibility:the center of supply chain social responsibility model and supply chain industry alliance of social responsibility model. And while these two construction models be promoted through corresponding case should permit, and finally put forward specific policy recommendations. |
