A Comparative Study On Efficiency Of Industrial Enterprises With Different Ownership Types

Since China’s reform and opening up, great changes have taken place about the ownership form system of industrial enterprises in China, Business efficiency changed dramatically. With the in-depth development of the economic system reform, Ownership structure is implemented the further optimization adjustment. The reform has had a positive impact on the development of different economic components and promotes the formation of efficient market mechanism.In this background, Efficiency issuses of enterprises in China has dawn the national attention, the theory field is getting down to research. Sorting out the efficiency of the enterprises on different ownership situation is helpful for our national state-owned enterprises reformation and mixed ownership reformation,which also provide more scientific and reasonable evaluation basis. Industrial enterprises of different ownership types have different performance, which is influenced by the different ownership structure and governance system and many other factors. Based on this, this paper makes the industrial enterprises of different ownership in China for samples, and make deep analysis on a variety of different forms of ownership enterprises, which objective to evaluate the efficiency of the enterprises in different ownership,and provide scientific and reasonable basis for the development of industrial enterprises under the new norm.This article makes empirical analysis for industrial enterprises in China of different ownership types. This paper apply the entropy weight theory into industrial enterprise performance evaluation and build up the multi-index comprehensive evaluation system. At the same time,this paper use the entropy weight method to evaluate state-owned and state holding enterprises, joint-stock enterprises, private enterprises,overseas enterprises and industrial enterprises with funds from Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan. To determine the weight of each evaluation index, and concluded the comprehensive evaluation value, the empirical results objectively reflect the development and comprehensive efficiency of industrial enterprises of different ownership types. Finally this paper makes a further analysis according to the empirical results, then puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
