Research On The Development Of Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Facing the fierce competition in the domestic similar comprehensive bonded zone and international trade environment of dramatic change, in order to better carry on international industry transfer, and promotion the revitalization of jilin province and northeast old industrial base, the author first to sort the domestic and foreign research about comprehensive bonded area. And the basic profile of Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone were reviewed, then this study analyzed the functioning of the city and the business. After that, we use PEST analysis and SWOT analysis method in-depth analysis of the political, economic, social science and technology development of Changchun Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and insight into their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. On the basis of above study this paper positioning the development strategy for comprehensive bonded zone, and in the government and firm level were given the corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions. Where strategic focus is to(1)enhance the level of economic opening;(2) create the new engine of regional industrial optimization and upgrading;(3) to build a new platform for international trade and economic and technical cooperation. In the industry is positioned as the four leading industries, including advanced manufacturing, processing industry of distinctive products,modern logistics industry and bonded commodities exhibitions.Proposed to give the government level to promote Xinglong Comprehensive Bonded Zone development including:(1) Construction of industrial development platform;(2)to open up trade routes;(3) improve the investment promotion strategy;(4)promoting innovative features;(5) gradually evolved into a free economic zone.The advice to enterprise level including:(1) to use the preferential policies of comprehensive bonded area;(2) to play their own industrial advantages;(3) to build agood cultural environment;(4) in order to grasp the market dynamics to use the information networks.
