The automotive industry is the early entry into large-scale industrialization, with a typical supply chain, supply chain plays a vital role in the development of the automotive industry. Now the industry more professional, more and more car companies will increasingly outsource their business, the development of auto companies are increasingly relying on outsourcing, enterprise supply chain determines the level of competitiveness of enterprises. In the supply chain increase their advantage, but also has its own risks, and to the enterprise potential risks.FAW Jilin Automobile as early entry into the automotive industry companies, has a wealth of experience in supply chain management, but in the increasingly fierce competition in the industry in recent years, while the slowdown in the automotive industry growth, supply chain risks are increasing year by year, to a certain extent affecting the normal operation of enterprises, organizations for supply chain risk management has become an important business issue.I worked for many years in the FAW Jilin Automobile, has been engaged in auto parts procurement, feel FAW Jilin Automobile supply chain risk is increasing year by year. Increased competition in the automotive industry, the economy downward pressure, the automotive industry slowdown, most car companies as well as margins decline in sales, the automotive supply chain system is also facing the same problem, increasing supply chain risk, recurring supply chain crisis, affecting the normal production and operation.FAW Jilin Automobile supply chain management lack of awareness of risk management, supply chain risk management to take temporary and not continuous management, a lack of supply chain risk assessment mechanism, unable to supply chain risk anticipation, and by preventing the loss of down to a minimum.This paper identifies the supply chain risk FAW Jilin, supply chain risk is divided into: fluctuations in demand, suppliers their ability to bilateral cooperation relations, the external environment four categories, and 14 subcategories. By questionnaire to obtain the degree of importance of the relationship between categories and category weights obtained by mathematical methods. And through a questionnaire drawn risk assessment, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method derived risk assessment values. According to the results of the identification and estimation of the supply chain risk classification of each of the proposed targeted countermeasures and prevention strategies. It describes the necessary safeguards.Finally, according to the actual situation of enterprises to establish a supply chain risk early warning mechanism, improve the supply chain risk management and control capabilities. And put forward the necessary protection measures: improving information accuracy between the supply chain, enhance supplier capabilities to support the establishment of supply chain security funds, company executives involved in the supply chain management and so on.
