Since the reform and opening up, China’s poverty reduction has made remarkable achievements for the global fight against poverty made an outstanding contribution. Poverty alleviation and development in China has entered a sprint to tackle tough, poverty-stricken areas of relative poverty issues highlighted when returning to poverty phenomena have occurred, the cost of increased poverty reduction, increase the difficulty of poverty, poverty alleviation and arduous task, we must continue to develop innovative ideas and Poverty Alleviation Method. Poverty alleviation is not only the government’s responsibility and the responsibility of the poor, we must respect the poverty reduction target poverty alleviation and development in the dominant position, and actively play the main role in poverty reduction target, so the poverty reduction target of cultivating consciousness study has important theoretical and practical significance.From the four main aspects of the poverty reduction target to cultivate awareness of research were discussed.
