In the early1980 s, some American scholars gradually researched and established the corporate culture management theories.In the middle of 1980 s these theories began to be translated and introduced into China by some management scholars.They gradually opened the prelude of corporate culture management.Some companies have set up the models such as Haier, Lenovo, Vanke, Alibaba,Huawei etc.At the present, there are so many leather factories in a difficult situation which are affected by the downturn market of real estate and furniture industry, the increasingly stringent environmental policies, the industrial policies adjustment and the shortage of cash flow.There are some internal factors lead the management to trouble, such as the key technical brain drain, the shortage of industrial workers, the outdated management, and the lack of fair and competition. Haining rising leather co., ltd.(hereafter referred to as Rising Leather) is one of the largest domestic genuine leather factories who produce the genuine leather for the furnitures in houses and cars. The inadequate capacity release caused the diseconomies of scale. There was an example for two consecutive years’ losses. After thorough discussions by owners and senior managers, they agreed that the most important and urgent issue was financing.On a long view, the construction of corperate culture is pragmatic in combination with the practical situation of factory.So they decided to carry out the corperate cultureconstruction project named Risngers’ home.In this paper, combining with his working experience in the company, the author interviewed some departing employees, some senior managers of the same industry, the superior departments in charge, and some other related persons. He also refered to the corperate culture management theories and examples at home and broad.At the same time he set a simple judgment model for enterprise culture.From the diagnosis of enterprise culture, the auther proposed solution of corperate culture construction after giving full consideration to the enterprise actual situation, The main contents:One is to make a thorough inquiry of the tanning industry from prosperity to decline. After the analysis of the reasons through the cause of trouble from external and internal factors in the enterprise, the auther tried to find out the feasibility of counter measures.The second is to study of corperate cultureof Haining rising company with Denison diagnosis model and the simple model set by himself. Third, according to the actual situation of the company, the auther proposed solution of corperate cultureconstruction from the spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture.Based on the research to the corperate culture construction of Haining rising leather co.,ltd.,and the application and simplifying of the traditional corporate culture theories, the author put forward operable culture construction method and the key points, in response to the demographic dividend disappears, to the labor shortages of traditional labor-intensive industries, and to the enterprise staffs loss trouble.It is believed that the paper has certain guiding significance to the corperate culture construction practice.
