With the deepening development of Reform and Opening up Policy, entrepreneur as a social group has attracted more and more attention. In today’s China, entrepreneurs’ social capital is crucial to no matter entrepreneurs themselves or organizational development. In the past, people only focused on the performance created by entrepreneurs, ignoring the internal cause of their performance.Based on the insufficient study of the internal cause of organizational performance improvement, proceed from the transformation of entrepreneurs’ social capital, entrepreneurs’ social capital as the independent variable, and organizational dynamic capability as the dependent variable, this paper is to study the process of entrepreneurs’ social capital influencing on organizational dynamic capability. Due to the improvement of organizational dynamic capability can cause the improvement of organizational performance, the study of entrepreneurs’ social capital influencing on organizational dynamic capability has very realistic significance. By summarizing previous studies, this study adds entrepreneurs’ personal ability as the regulated variable of this influencing process. In addition, entrepreneurs’ personal ability has positive regulating effect on this influencing process.This study issued 260 copies of questionnaires, and took back 161 copies of effective questionnaires. First of all, this study uses SPSS18.0 to make one-way analysis of variance on correlated variable, then, using Smartpls software for structural equation model test. Here comes the conclusion:each dimension of entrepreneurs’ social capital has positive effect to organizational dynamic capability, and entrepreneurs’ personal ability has positive regulating effect to the influencing process. Entrepreneurs’ social capital markedly effects organizational dynamic capability in a positive way. While if entrepreneurs’ personal ability is poor, this positive influencing process will be weak. In the end, according to the result of empirical test, this study comes up with two management recommendations to the present enterprise management practice:one is entrepreneurs need to enhance social capital to improve organizational dynamic capability; the other is entrepreneurs need to pay attention to the improvement of personal ability, so that to further improve organizational dynamic capability. |
