Research On Environmental Regulation Of Midwest Undertaking Industrial Transfer

In recent years, with the implementation of the development strategies of the rise of central, the scale and speed of Midwest undertaking industrial transfer, has improved so much, which has a positive impact on regional economic development and industrial restructuring. But while undertaking industrial transfer, Midwest also undertook pollution transfer, which caused serious environmental problems. As environmental pollution is increasing, Midwest should be how to deal with the pollution transfer caused by the industrial transfer, how to develop environmental regulations and policies in order to effectively undertake industrial transfer, and whether the environmental regulations have impact on industrial transfer, these issues are worth studying.This paper is based on describing industrial transfer and environmental regulation related theories and literature review, firstly, analyzed the interaction mechanisms of industrial transfer and environment regulation, sorted out the relationship of industrial transfer, environmental pollution and environmental regulation; secondly, empirical studied the impact on environmental pollution which Midwest undertaking industrial transfer did, the results show that Midwest undertaking industrial transfer had a significant impact on the environment pollution, industrial transfer has brought pollution transfer, and environmental pollution caused by domestic industrial transfer is more serious than caused by foreign industrial transfer; thirdly, empirical studied the impact on undertaking industrial transfer which Midwest environmental regulation did, the results show that Midwest environmental regulation had a significant impact on the industrial transfer from domestic and foreign, and the impact on domestic transfer is more serious than foreign transfer, the more relaxed environmental regulation is a important factor, which caused industrial transfer and environment pollution. Finally, through the study of environmental regulation of Midwest undertaking industrial transfer, provide valuable reference for the process of Midwest attracting capital, in order to effectively undertaking industrial transfer, inhibiting pollution transfer, and developing reasonable environment regulation policies. Midwest should coordinate the relationship between undertaking industrial transfer and environmental protection, walk along the road of sustainable development.
