Research On The Cost Management Of The Electronic Label Supervision Project Gas Bottle

Project management has been widely used in many fields, especially in the cost management of the project. It is a hot research topic in recent years. Because of the increasing of the global economic integration, the enterprise’s survival pressure, and the project management knowledge, in order to improve the scientific management level,can make the enterprise keep advantage in the fierce market competition. The purpose of this paper is to find out how to control the cost of the project, reduce the resource occupancy of the project, and realize the project’s greater profit.This thesis is based on the research of the previous scholars and the research of the cost management theory in the project management. And combined with his own personal involvement of the Luzhou gas bottle RFID electronic tags dynamic monitoring project as an example, the use of interviews with users, to the professional consulting, to the supervision department staff and senior management of the enterprise to consult and other methods, the dynamic monitoring of the bottle electronic tags in the cost management of the project.Using the theory knowledge of project management, the research on the dynamic supervision of RFID electronic tags, the method of cost management in this project, the application method of the whole life cycle cost management and the whole process cost management, and the successful application of these methods in the project cost control of RFID electronic tags in Luzhou City. It is hoped that the results of the study can bring more practical benefits for their own enterprises, and also hope that their own research content can be a positive reference value for similar projects in the cost management.
