| A large amount of waste products that have lost their use value are accumulated at the end of the open-loop supply chain, if they cannot be timely disposed, which will not only cause the waste of resources but also will bring environmental pollution problems, ultimately lead to ecosystem imbalance and external diseconomy of resources and environment. To realize the closed-loop of supply chain is the key to solve the external diseconomy of the open-loop supply chain, that is to construct the reverse logistics system. For the waste of resources and environmental pollution problems existing commonly in modern times, this paper adopted the external diseconomy of open-loop supply chain as the research object and made some relevant theoretical analysis and method research, to seek solutions of the problem and realization approach, the theory conforms to the needs of China’s circular economy and the strategy of sustainable development, the research results have certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, firstly, the external diseconomy of open-loop supply chain and the characteristics of quasi-public products of the reverse logistics are analyzed. The waste household appliances as an example, the external diseconomy of society that caused by terminal waste products of open-loop supply chain, was calculated and evaluated by using life-cycle assessment method, compared with the effective treatment after the implementation of reverse logistics, it is concluded that the implementation of reverse logistics can significantly improve the external diseconomy of open-loop supply chain. Then effective measures to solve the external diseconomy of open-loop supply chain-the implementation of reverse logistics, the game analysis of government and enterprise on economic issues is carried out, the subsidy policy of government can be calculated through the case. Finally, some policy suggestions based on the analysis results are put forward to solve the external diseconomy of the open-loop supply chain. |
