General aviation, as one of the two wings of civil aviation, has become a big push in the process of development of China’s economic transformation and a gold industry. After a boom of making aircrafts and building the general aviation industrial parks, people began to realize that the manufacturing industry is not the only way which developing the general aviation in China. Consumption is the main market. Then the concept of Airpark became a heated topic in China. Construction of the Airparks can encourage the development of a series of related industrial and promote the economic development in the surrounding area. In this paper, I found a suitable path of developing Airparks in China.First of all, this article analyzed the status of general aviation in China and abroad and summarizes the development background of Airpark in China. Then I did a theory review of general aviation industry, China’s General Aviation Industrial Park, Airpark, industrial agglomeration. Then the article analyzed the typical cases of the existing Airparks in the world. It focused on analysing the Spruce Creek Airpark and the Stearman Airpark in USA. The article jumped from this to the conclusion that we should learn the hidden business model, industrial foundation and consumption custom.In reference to the experience of building the Airparks in the world, the article found a suitable path of developing Airparks in China. By referring to the experience of building the Airparks abroad, the article found the comprehensive characteristics of the Airpark in China which combined with the navigation development situation in our country. And this article found a feasible path of establishing Airparks in China. Finally, this article presented a plan of establishing an Airpark in China.
