The core of performance management in the organic fusion of goal setting, performance evaluation, the overall development of the three, formed the unique style of the general system, but at the same time, in view of the restricted factors of performance management effectiveness complex lead to the questioned by many in the process of practice, which makes it has failed to fully play the advantages of.In recent years, academic circles and enterprises practice industry spare no effort to study performance management related issues, in developing the private enterprises, especially those who walk in front of the enterprise are successively introduced the performance management system, performance appraisal method to the enterprise, but has different management foundation and management ability of the enterprise, must be combined with the development of the enterprise itself excavated to adapt to the actual characteristics of simple and practical performance management system.Based on local AP company as an example, this paper through the analysis of the target enterprise internal and external development environment, the clear direction of enterprise performance management, to adapt to the private enterprise itself, and the characteristics of the employees, finally explores the management by objectives, key performance index system, the integrated application of PDCA cycle of performance management system design and implementation of the model, to explore a new approach to design performance management, and has set up a new performance evaluation system.In this paper, the system design of absorbing the basis for the related management of private enterprises, the management ability, make the traditional pattern of performance evaluation into practical significance of the comprehensive evaluation system, and constantly improve enterprise in aspects of performance evaluation and management of effective innovation ability, can eventually achieve gradually perfect performance appraisal system, the purpose of reducing management costs and enhance the management level.To the enterprise application research on performance management system as the research object not only extend and supplement the existing performance management system of the theory research, as well as the innovation of the private enterprise performance management industry growth provides a new way of thinking.
