Study On The New Urbanization Path In The Coastal Areas Under The Guidance Of Human Thought

Urbanization is an important aspect of modernization, and it is also an essential driving force for the realization of modernization in a country or region. The development of urbanization is conducive to the optimization of industrial structure, the expansion of domestic demand and the integration of urban and rural areas. It is of great and far-reaching significance for the harmonious development of the region, the comprehensive construction of a well-off society and the sustainable development of social economy. According to the National Bureau of statistics report, in 2011 China’s urbanization rate reached 51.27%, which meant that the number of urban population in our country exceeded the number of rural population for the first time. Urbanization attracted people’s attention once again. At present, there are many problems in our country’s urbanization, facing many challenges. For example, the speed of urbanization is fast and the quality is not high, regions or intraregional has differences in the level of urbanization, the ecological environment problems are outstanding, and in summary is unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable. In order to solve these problems, raise the quality of the urbanization and the connotation. We must go to “the people-oriented, synchronous four modernizations optimize the layout, ecological civilization, cultural heritage of the new road of urbanization with Chinese characteristics”.China is a country of both the land and sea, the coastline of more than 18000 km long, the vast ocean provides a great space for our country’s sustainable development. According to the report of the eighteenth national congress of CPC, in the development of China, we should “improve the ability to develop marine resources, develop marine economy and construct marine power in the future”. Due to the different factors such as geographical position and natural resources in the coastal areas and inland areas, the road in the new urbanization must be different. Under this background, this paper analyzes the new urbanization road in the coastal areas of China.Under the guidance of Marxist humanistic thought, this paper mainly adopts literature research, field study method and the method of combining theory and practice, takes Huangdao district for example, and analyzes a new type of urbanization path in the coastal area. Based on the analysis of Huangdao district natural geographical and cultural conditions, the economic and social policy, new urbanization,the present situation and facing problems, according to its new urbanization development goals, in combination with now to build "the main-characteristic street town- new communities" arrangement in promoting new urbanization system, pay attention to people-oriented and scientific development, and to explore new urbanization mode of Huangdao district, and puts forward a series of new type on urbanization construction of coastal cities.First, we should make full use of its advantages, especially coastal advantage to conduct new urbanization; Second, to do the new urbanization planning well, perfect infrastructure; Third, to optimize the industrial structure, develop the marine economy; Fourth, the rural areas to develop modern agriculture and build characteristic town; Fifth, improve the social security and public services, promoting urbanization process; Sixth, pay attention to the ecological environment and cultural heritage.The study of this paper, not only has important theoretical and practical significance for local new urbanization of the Huangdao district, but also has a good reference for other coastal cities in new urbanization in China. In addition, this paper enriches the new urbanization research perspective, is the actual combination of Mark humanism thought and China’s new urbanization.
