Restricting Factors And Strategy Research Of New-type Building Industrialization Development In Our Country

In the context of rapid development of urbanization in our country, traditional high energy consumption, high-polluted construction technology, the lack of labor and other issues become increasingly prominent. To this end, our country makes further efforts to promote new-type industrialization. However, since the Tangshan earthquake and the Wenchuan earthquake damage to the building, which has led to a lower degree of recognition for the industrialization, meanwhile, coupled with construction industrialization started late, immature technology and other reasons, the implementation of new-type building industrialization experience bottlenecks. This paper focus on this theme of how to ensure sustained and healthy development of building industrialization, trying to seek influence factors that new-type construction industrialization might encounter from the perspective of development, using the principles of statistical analysis to in-depth analysis the affecting factors, so as to identify the key constraints which affects the development of new-type building industrialization.Firstly, this paper in-depth analysis the related concepts and differences of new-type building industrialization and new-type building industrialization, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the development of new-type building industrialization. Secondly, combing Japan, the United States and Singapore building industrialization development history and successful experience to our country’s enlightenment, at the same time, introducing the development history and current development of our country’s building industrialization. Then, extracting and correcting70 influence factors through the literature research which influence the development of new-type building industrialization. On this basis, taking into account the basic principles of the proposed survey and research hypotheses, design a set of practical questionnaire. Once again, using Principal Component Analysis(PCA) analyze survey obtained data, to extract five key constraints which affect the development of new-type building industrialization. The concrete content includes: ① The policy system of New-type Building Industrialization Development; ② The components system ofNew-type Building Industrialization Development; ③ The technology system of New-type Building Industrialization Development; ④ The cost system of New-type Building Industrialization Development; ⑤ The whole industry chain of New-type Building Industrialization. Finally, this paper provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to these key constraints.
