Research On Risk Assessment And Precaution Strategy Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning Province

Equipment manufacturing is a pillar industry in Liaoning province, and it plays a decisive role in economic development. In recent years, the restructuring of global industry, the influx of foreign investment, and the transformation of domestic economic development pattern have resulted in considerable risks and challenges to equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province. At present, the research on the risk of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province focuses on such areas as the risk of use of foreign capital, financial risk and investment risk, etc. Its security status is largely determined by qualitative methods. The analysis of risk factors rarely goes deep into the industry itself, and their impacts are seldom quantified and measured. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the key risk factors of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province, and it is of great significance to reduce industrial risks so as to ensure the healthy development of industry.Firstly, this paper studies the track and level of the development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province, summarizing the internal and external risks of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province. Then this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the risk of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province from four aspects — industrial performance, industrial competitiveness, industrial foreign dependence and industrial control. By using factor analysis method, the comprehensive level of equipment manufacturing industry in 30 provinces or cities in 2012 are horizontally compared. The conclusions show that the security situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province is in the middle level in china, and it needs to be further improved in terms of efficiency. And with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,an estimation model of industrial safety degree is set up. The status quo and trend of the risk degree of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province from 2001 to 2013 are measured, analyzed and evaluated synthetically. Research results show that security situation of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province is getting better, but it belongs to the basic security level. Based on the above study, this paper establishes a monitoring and warning system of manufacturing industrial risk in Liaoning province. Some specific measures are proposed to prevent the risks of equipment manufacturing industry, and some ideas and policy recommendations are provided for the government to promote the healthy development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning province.
