Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Of The Innovation Ability Of The Productive Service Enterprises In Liaoning Province From The Perspective Of Information And Industrialization

Since the 16 th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have been very concerned about the development of producer services. At present, producer service industry, playing a new dynamic role in the economic growth of country, has been paid attention by countries. Innovation is a driving force for the sustainable development of producer services. As the main body of innovation, enterprises play a leading role in innovation activities. In the environment of country promoting vigorously the integration of information and industrialization, improving the innovation ability of Liaoning Province is conducive to the improvement of service enterprises the production of services to the professional and high-end extension, and ultimately promote economic development of Liaoning province.The literature survey and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process methods are used in this paper. First, based on large numbers of domestic and foreign literatures, the impact factors of the innovation ability of productive service enterprises in Liaoning province are analyzed from the perspective of information and industrialization. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the relevant literature on the evaluation of enterprise innovation ability, combined with the impact factors analysis, the evaluation system of innovation ability productive service enterprises in Liaoning Province, constructed from the perspective of information and industrialization is conducted in this paper. The index system is composed of 7 indicators in two grade: innovation input ability, marketing ability, information utilizing ability, information management ability, information environment, information innovation achievement and profitability. The weights of each layer are obtained by questionnaire and the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluation in this paper. In this paper, a productive service enterprise is selected to be evaluated for innovation ability and the improvement measures and suggestions on the overall situation and weak link of enterprise innovation ability according to the evaluation results are put forward. Finally, this paper draws on recommendations for improving the innovation ability of the productive service enterprises in Liaoning province.This research on the evaluation of the innovation ability of the productive service enterprises in Liaoning Province are able to find out the problems in the process of innovation of productive service enterprises. It has important practical significance for improving the overall innovation ability and market competitiveness of productive service enterprises, and promoting the development of productive service industry and economics in Liaoning province.
