Study On Sustainable Utilization Of Farm Land Resource In Chengdu Plain

Farm land resource not only is the human survival and development of material basis and source of wealth, but also to maintain national food security, social stability and the important guarantee for the sustainable development of ecological environment. Can say, rational, healthy and sustainable utilization of farm land resource will directly affect and determine the survival of human society, develop and continue. Based on sustainable development theory, human relations theory, cybernetics and other basic theory, in order to balance urban and rural development and new rural construction demonstration area of chengdu plain core area as the study area, analysis of the farm land resource utilization situation and existing problems, by the influence of farm land resource sustainable use of natural, economic and social factors of various aspects, constructing evaluation index system of sustainable utilization of farm land resources, comprehensive evaluation of sustainable utilization of farm land resources states, and from aspects of policies, laws and regulations, technology and science have pointed proposed the chengdu plain of farm land resource sustainable utilization countermeasure Suggestions and measures.Main conclusions are as follows:(1) to construct the evaluation index system of sustainable utilization of farm land resource in chengdu plain.Through the influence in the study area of farm land resource sustainable use of natural, economic and social and ecological environment factors such as comprehensive analysis, including the three major categories,12 events of farm land resource sustainable utilization evaluation index system.(2) analysis of the chengdu plain of farm land resource sustainable utilization evaluation results.Calculation results show that:from 2002 to 2010, nine years, the chengdu plain of farm land resource sustainable utilization changes between 0.45 and 0.6, the integrated evaluation of farm land resource utilization overall in the basic sustainable state, and shows the characteristics of the change of the greater volatility.
