In this study, Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park was taken as an example, Based on the comprehensive investigation to fully understand the present situation of tourism resources, market and the development of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park, etc.. In accordance with the standard of 《lassification, Investigation and Evaluation of Tourism Resources》 (GB/T 18972-2003) and the improved Fishbein Rosenberg model to classify the tourism resources monomer of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park; Using SPSS 19.0 and EXCEL software to dispose the questionnaire data and analyze the spatial structure of tourist market, tourist demographic characteristics, tourist behavior and tourist satisfaction; Using the fuzzy analysis to estimate the tourism product. We put forward the development strategy of ecological tourism products and it is useful to provide reference for the optimization of tourism resource, market, product structure and promotion of the sustained and healthy development of Forest Park. The main results are as follows:(1) Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park has quality commander and distinctive features of tourism resources. Tourism resources are divided into 8 main classes,22 subclasses and 45 basic types. The eight main categories are the landscape, water scenery, weather and climate landscape, biological landscape, ruins, buildings and facilities, tourism commodity, human activities.(2) The Forest Park tourism resources score is 85.60 points and is of excellent tourist resources, which occupies an important position in the domestic and a certain position in foreign countries. Among the eight main tourism resources, the percentage of natural landscape, water scenery, weather and climate landscape, biological landscape is 21.43%、 20.07%、18.36%.16.29%、In addition, there is little site of Forest Park, only the conch Linggu Temple and orchid village site, its percentage is 7.3%; Forest Park in cultural activities, tourism commodity, buildings and facilities development is lacking, those percentage is 16.55%.(3) The tourist market of Hailuogou National Forest Park is mainly in the near market (such as Sichuan and Chongqing). There are stable tourists who have higher education and income, intending to travel as a purpose mostly to leisure or to join with friends, organization and family outings.(4) The evaluation score of ecotourism product of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park is 69.83, the tourism product is only between the general and the high. The primary level indicators of ecological tourism of Forest Park are catering(ui), accommodation(u2), transportation(u3), tour(u4), shopping(u5), entertainment(u6). And its scores were 76.99,72, 59.91,76.46,74.48,63.95. The u1, U2, u4, U5 in four major tourist products are between the general and the higher. The U3 arid U6 are between the general and the difference.(5) The tourism products of Hailuogou National Glacier Forest Park are the main types of ecological tourism products, Kangba culture experience product, leisure products, health care products, popular science education products etc.. And we should adhere to the scientific and rational development, sustainable development, and fully tap their own characteristics, innovation and development of tourism products, optimize resources, market, product structure, establish and improve the tourism service facilities, increase promotion efforts, and actively expand the market, strengthen personnel training, improve the management level of service, industry related departments to strengthen coordination and cooperation, innovation and investment financing mechanism, broaden the financing channels of development strategy.
