Study On Influence Factors Of Famers Participation In Rural Tourism Of Chengdu

In recent years, as the researches of rural tourism development, both domestic and foreign scholars pay more attention on famer participation, they come to recognize that the significant role famer participation play in the harmonious development of rural tourism.China, as a relatively low urbanization country, the development of rural tourism has its special function. With the combined development of Primary and tertiary industries, the rapid development of rural tourism has become a new growth point of rural economics. As the famers are living here where rural tourism is happening for generations, they are the indispensable element of rural tourism. A healthy development of rural tourism needs the local famers’participation during the exploitation, and, ultimately to achieve the win-win situation of rural tourism and farmers’benefits.This paper believes that we should look for factors which influence farmer participation in rural tourism from Factors of Production. Therefore, we establish a complete evaluation system of famer participation in rural tourism, and this system are consisting of Capital elements, land and Labor elements Then,we collect famers’ opinions which are collected through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews. Through the analysis, there are the results:First, farmers’ capital participation is not deep enough, and they only participate in sample projects.Second, the participation of land elements is better, but the ways are too simple.Third, farmers’labor participation is very high, but the level is low. The factors are famers’s occupation in rural tourism, years, investment projects, and the constructions of famer’s land.If we want to improve famer participation in rural tourism, first, expand projects which farmers’ capital could participate in, second, improve the functions of government departments, broaden the way farmers’ land involve in, third, improve the local farmers’ own comprehensive quality.
