This paper is based on farmers’ own will, using the theory of rent of land, social exchange theory, fair theory and the theory of scientific development, etc., through scientifically analyze the research data, test the influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract, build the model of influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract after land circulation. When test the influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract, this paper combines theory and practice, exploring study, mainly includes the following contents: 1. To read a lot of relevant literature, careful analysis the related concepts, combined with farmers’ psychological contract and SEM structural equation model, analyzed the influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract after land circulation; 2.combined with domestic and foreign research achievements, create index system of the influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract; 3. Using SPSW and lisrel8.70 software to analysis the research data and verify the hypothesis model, through the empirical to get study conclusion, and put forward the relevant opinions and Suggestions.By a new method combining of SEM and influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract, we can not only obtain the result of influence factors of farmers’ psychological contract, at the same time to analyze farmers’ living conditions, children education, employment, social security, compensation policies and contract fusion after land circulation, which can provide the measures and methods for the related management department, in order to better meet the farmers’ psychological contract, promote the development of land circulation reasonable and orderly.
