Evaluation Of The Modern Urban Agricultural Development Level And Analysis The Influence Factors Of Chengdu

Urban agriculture is a new direction for the development of modem agriculture, and it is also a high level of the modem agriculture. With the rapid development of modem economic society, socio-economic status of the city and the peri-urban agriculture reality, the city needs to build a modem urban agriculture which tightly relies on urban and provides comprehensive services to the city with complete environmental, industrial, economic function and modem industrial organization and way. In our country, the start-up and practical of urban agriculture began in the 1990s, which have developed rapidly in some of our major cities. As the capital of Sichuan Province, technology center, business center, transportation and communication hub of the Southwest, Chengdu has good condition for the development of modern urban agriculture. At beginning of this century, as an entertainment city, Chengdu is the second city to be selected as a international urban agriculture pilot cities, and then the Chengdu policies began to tilt to the development of modem urban agriculture. After several years of development, what results does Chengdu achieve? What factors still influent the urban agriculture development process of Chengdu? How to optimize furtherly the development of modem urban agriculture development strategies in Chengdu has become an important issue in the development of modem urban agriculture, which is also the direction of this paper will evaluate and research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:on the basis of anglicizing the concept, the background and the related commentary of urban agriculture, this paper scopes for urban agriculture and summarizes the functions and characteristics. Taking City Chengdu for instance, systematic analyzes the history and current situation of urban agricultural development in Chengdu; Then build a evaluation system for modem urban agricultural development of Chengdu, and objectively evaluate the level of agricultural development in Chengdu with entropy method, including economic, social and ecological functional performance. On this basis, analyze the influence factors of modem urban agricultural development in Chengdu and provide the proposed measures for the further development of Chengdu modern urban agriculture.The research conclusions:(1) The current level of modern agricultural development of Chengdu is in the basic implementation phase. (2) The development of modern urban agriculture in Chengdu City has achieved certain results with a good development trend, but it still exists some problems and restricting factors. The development pace of the three major functions exist the phenomenon of uncoordinated, and the development efforts of social function and ecological functions of urban agriculture were not enough in Chengdu with the development of the social function and ecological function behind the development of the economic development function. (3)Each individual evaluation indicators affects different, and the right weight of these indicators has a certain reference value for the development of urban agriculture in Chengdu. (4)By analyzing the influencing factors of the modern urban agriculture of Chengdu analysis, we can find that the factors of the Engel coefficient, the level of mechanization, the per capita GDP, the labor productivity, the per capita income and the area of cultivated land has a larger and more significant impact on the urban agriculture, and accordingly found the key factors affecting the development of modern urban agriculture of Chengdu.
