In recent years, the rapid of the development in China’s highway construction is relatively fast. But with more fierce competition and a series of government police, the industry faces a serious challenge, especially to those of western enterprises. How to retain sustainable development is a key problem needed managers’ serious consideration. Among the effective ways, human resource management is a very important way, and the effective salary management is a component of that. So the research about compensationinfluencing factors helps the construction enterprise to run out of dilemma, and meanwhile to develop an effectivecompensation management system that could be retaining the talents.With the related compensation management and a series of incentive theories, through the way of literature induction method, questionnaires method(225) and regression analysis(SPSS).A systematic study of the relationship between the characteristics variable of the employee and the employee compensation based on G Company information.At the last, the conclusionsas follows:Firstly, the correlations between above five staff characteristics(namely employee gender, employee age, education background, employee seniority, position level) and compensation are all significant; secondly, the order of effects on composition is position level,employee age, employee gender, and then employee seniority and education background. Thirdly, The conclusion is helpful to establish compensation level and pay performance management system.Based on above empirical analysis results, combining with the current situation of China highway construction and the compensation management, several effective compensation management recommendations and prospects were put forward to provide reference for similar enterprise managers.
