The Research On Software Outsourcing Risk Management Of C Company

Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, the informatization construction faced more demand, due to the lack of professional technology and experience, more and more enterprises choose the software outsourcing, so as to reduce the cost, to enhance the efficiency of the work. However, the software outsourcing project bring a high risk and a high failure rate. In order to ensure the success, enterprises must carry out risk management to improve the success rate.Now many software enterprises lack the risk management consciousness, there is no systematic risk management as the guiding ideology, and ignore the importance of risk management practices in software outsourcing projects. Software outsourcing project risk management is facing two partners and the products or services are implemented by Outsourcer, so, from the view of the Outsourcer to analyze the risk management, will be more effective.This article at first introduces the research background, research purpose and meaning, illustrates the research method and operation significance of reality. Then introduced and research the risk management theory. Finally, this article combined with the C company’s actual situation, reference to the risk management model CMMI, then established the C company risk management model. In the practical application of this model, using the Delphi method, qualitative and quantitative analysis of risk factors, so as to achieve the stages in the process of software outsourcing project for effective control.
