Major projects in China’s socio-economic process of building play a huge role, as China’s economic strength, the continuous improvement of the comprehensive national strength and rapid economic development, China’s major construction projects will be more and more, building standards will also be more to the higher Correspondingly, project management theory is not mature and perfect, the study engineering resources and supply chain management, not only for the construction of major projects in China has an important supporting role, but also for the transportation industry in China, especially cross-border traffic engineering the theoretical innovation development and project management is important.Implications of the departure from the engineering resources, and then transition to engineering and technical innovation resources supply chain, and significant engineering resources supply chain management through specific case studies, and then established a dynamic game of incomplete information of the owners and a number of different attributes suppliers model to arrive at the optimal decision of the owners and suppliers, and finally through the concrete practice of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to analysis. The main innovation:1、Research and analysis significant engineering resources supply chain, and integrated management and collaborative management of the two methods were analyzed, put forward the corresponding point of view. Practical guidance in the construction of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge or future major projects.2、The establishment of a simplified owners and two different types of attributes suppliers game model and analysis solution, to guide practice.
