The Correlation Between The Development Of Rural Informatization And Rural Economy

Information technology make a new chance for the society to develop. Informantion technology has been considerd as a tool which could avoid the restrict of time and distance, in addition to this it can transmit the information effectively, thus could improve the labor productivity and the economic development. Agriculture, rural area and farmar is the biggest problem for our country currently, besides, the unbalanced regional development is another serious problem need to be resolved. At this situation, the idea of take advantage of rural informatization construction in order to promote the development of rural economy has been proposed.In China most of the rural area is located in remote areas where is poor, has weak infrastructure and few information flow,this is the main reason which affect the rural area’s economic. Most of the researchs focus on Prove that the improvement of rural informationization can promote the rural economic level of ascension, but few studies have discussed how to avoid the situation that the rural informatization level are constrained by the level of rural economic development. Therefore, depth study of the correlaiton between the development of rural informatization and rural economy will help the government to get some reasonable idea for rural informatization construction work. This paper will use the method of literature and data research, then quantitative evaluation the present situation of the development of rural infomatization and rural economy. Based on this analysis, using clustering method to evaluate the correlation between informatization and economic development. Lastly, this paper will conclude by the relation between the rural informatization and rural economic, and give the advises for it further work.Firstly, this paper will learn from the existing relevant research of the relation between rural informatization and the rural economy development level.Make sure the concept of rural informatization and regional rural economic level and laid the foundation for the further study of the correlation between them.Secondly, analysis the current situation of the rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level from the macro perspective. Specifically, in rural economic terms analysis the rural economic and poplation levels. Respectively, in rural informatization terms analysis the devices distribution and application’s situation. Due to this analysis, it can be found that the economic level will not determine the devices distribution and application.Thidly, based on the predecessors’reseach, established the fatcor system to anlysis the rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level. Using the Factor Analysis method to determine the index weight value, then get the quantitative score for rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level.Fourthly, based on the quantitative score of rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level, using the method of clustering to divide the 31 regions into three Classfication (high, middle,low). According to the clustering results, using the quantitative and qualitative methods respectively to evaluate the correlation between rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level.Finally, according the the correlation between rural informatization construction level and rural economic development level, put forward the reasonable recommendations which could help the poor area’s further development. Make some suitable suggestion for China’s rural informatization further work.
